Workshops
Your team on Claude, taught in the room.
In-person Claude and ChatGPT workshops built on your team's own work. Nobody leaves with a certificate; everyone leaves with a workflow that runs faster than it did that morning, and the number to prove it.
Three ways to run it
The whole team
The Claude training day
A day in your office. Everyone set up on Claude, one recurring workflow per person built into a skill on their real work, and every workflow timed before we start.
- Claude live for everyone
- A working skill per person
- Baselines and goals written down
Owners, directors and managers
Leadership session
Where AI goes first in your business, what your team may and may not put into it, and how you will know it is working. Decisions, not a demo.
- The first workflows chosen
- A one-page AI policy
- Who owns what
Teams already on Claude or ChatGPT
Skill clinic
A shorter, hands-on session for teams that have the tool and not the habit: bring the jobs that are still done by hand and leave with them built.
- New skills on real work
- Fixes to the ones that stalled
- The next workflows named
How it runs
01
Before
A short call to choose the workflows and check everyone has a seat.
02
On the day
Each workflow timed, then built with the person who does it, then tested on real work.
03
A week later
We time the same workflows again, fix what did not hold, and name the next ones.
Why it works this way: how to get your whole team actually using Claude.

Common questions
Do you run AI workshops in person?
Yes. In-person teaching is the core of how we work: we come to your office, set everyone up on Claude or ChatGPT and build on your team's real work in the room. We run sessions across New Zealand, and in Australia by arrangement.
Claude or ChatGPT: which do you teach?
Both. Most of our teams choose Claude, and we will help you choose if you have not yet. The method is the same either way: one recurring workflow per person, timed before and after.
How many people can attend?
A session works best when everyone in the room has a real workflow to bring. For larger teams we run it in groups so every person leaves with something built.
What do people need before the day?
A seat on the plan you have chosen, or we set that up with you beforehand, and one recurring job each that they would happily never do by hand again.
How do you know the workshop worked?
We time each named workflow with your team on the day, before anything is built, and check it again afterwards. The measure is time against that baseline, not attendance or a feedback form.
