These terms

These terms govern your use of this website and anything you access through it. Use the site and you accept them. Work delivered under a signed engagement is governed by that agreement, and where the two disagree, the engagement wins.

Who you are dealing with

Sentry AI is the trading name of Sentry AI Solutions Limited, a New Zealand company based in Auckland, working across New Zealand and Australia.

What we do

We design, build and run production AI systems. The AI Opportunity Audit maps your business and names the highest-leverage moves. AI Enablement gets your team using the AI you already pay for. The Agent Management Platform registers, monitors, governs and optimises every agent you run. Custom LLM Infrastructure builds the knowledge graph and the operating system underneath. We build, we do not advise.

The free audit

The audit is free and it is a tool, not a promise. It runs on the answers you give it, and its recommendations are a starting point for a conversation, not professional advice you should act on unexamined. Nothing in it forms a contract.

Using the site

Use it lawfully and do not interfere with anyone else's use of it. Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to anything here.

Accounts

Some parts of what we run need an account. Keep your details accurate and your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

Who owns what

This site, our platforms, our marks and our methods are ours. Under an engagement, you own your data, your configuration and the deliverables we agree are yours; we own the platform they run on. We do not take ownership of your business's knowledge by working on it.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Other people's services

We link to and integrate with third parties. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

No warranty

The site and anything free on it are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Where you deal with us as a consumer, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you rights that these terms do not limit or exclude. Where you deal with us in business, those guarantees are contracted out to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Liability under a paid engagement is capped as that engagement states.

Changes

We may change these terms, or the site itself, at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
