Claude for business · New Zealand and Australia

Claude for business, used by the whole team.

Sentry AI is an Auckland-based firm that deploys Claude for businesses across New Zealand and Australia. We set up Claude Team or Enterprise on the client's own account, put a library of skills for each role on every seat, connect Claude to the systems the business already runs, and switch on usage data so adoption is measured per person rather than assumed. Our published Claude deployments include MacroActive (40 seats), Nature Baby (seven departments) and Caregroup (15 healthcare practices, with every inference kept in Australia).

Seats are easy to buy. Use is the hard part.

Most businesses that buy Claude find out, months later, that a few people use it well and everybody else opened it twice. When Nature Baby switched its usage data on, eight of thirteen seats had been opened in the previous week and one person was two thirds of the usage. Nothing was wrong with the seats. Nothing had been built for the work, so everyone started from a blank box.

A Claude rollout that holds needs three things the licence does not include: the knowledge of how your business does each job, written down where Claude can use it; access to the systems where the work actually lives; and a way to see, per person, whether any of it is being used. That is what we install.

What a Claude rollout includes

Four parts, and the second one comes first: the usage data is what tells us which skills to write. Still choosing a plan? Our Claude Team vs Enterprise comparison sets out the prices and controls of each.

01

The organisation, on your account

Claude Team or Enterprise set up in your name, with your billing and your data. Seats, roles and admin controls configured for how your business is actually organised.

02

Usage data from day one

Every seat reports who is active, which skills and tools they use, and what it costs. Never prompt text or answers. You see adoption per person instead of a licence count.

03

Skills for every role

A library of skills written for the real jobs in your business, shipped as one plugin to every seat. Nobody starts from a blank box; the skill for their job is already there.

04

Connected to your systems

Claude reads Microsoft 365, Xero, Shopify, Slack, Jira and your older systems in place, through connectors. Where none exists, we build one in your own repository.

After the rollout

Once Claude is in daily use, the same usage data runs the managed service: the AI Operating System keeps the skills library improving, and AI governance gives leadership a register of every agent and a way to stop one. Where Claude is not the right tool, we say so and scope AI consulting services around what is.

Frequently asked questions

What does a Claude implementation partner actually do?

Buying Claude seats takes an afternoon. Getting a business to use them on real work is the job. We set up the organisation, build a library of skills for each role and put it on every seat, connect Claude to the systems the business already runs, and switch on usage data so you can see who is using it, for what, and where it stalls. Then we keep improving the library from what that data shows.

Should we be on Claude Team or Claude Enterprise?

It depends on how many seats you need and which admin controls your security team will ask for. Team covers 2 to 150 people and already includes single sign-on and usage analytics; Enterprise adds SCIM user provisioning, audit logs, the Compliance API and custom data retention. Our Claude Team vs Enterprise page lists the current prices and controls of each, dated to when we last checked Anthropic's plan page. Most of our clients start on Team and move up when a control becomes a requirement, not before.

Are you an official Anthropic partner?

Sentry AI is an independent firm and is not owned by or affiliated with Anthropic. Your Claude organisation, its billing and its data stay in your name. What we bring is the deployment work around Claude and the usage data that shows whether it is working, and every deployment we point to is published in full.

What usage data can you see, and what can you not?

We see which people are active, which skills and tools they reach for, how many tokens they use and what that costs. We never capture prompt text, Claude's answers, file contents or the arguments a tool was called with. That line is enforced by an allowlist before anything is stored, and it is the reason teams agree to switch the data on.

How long does a Claude rollout take?

The organisation and the usage data can be live on day one: MacroActive had its first usage data within the hour of install. The skills library is built in the weeks after, one role at a time, starting where the usage data shows people getting stuck.

Can Claude be kept inside Australia for sensitive data?

Yes. Where data residency matters we route Claude through Amazon Bedrock in an Australian region, on infrastructure the client controls. Caregroup runs Claude this way across 15 healthcare practices, with every inference kept in Australia.

Does Claude work with Microsoft 365, Xero and our other systems?

Yes, through connectors. Nature Baby's Claude reads Microsoft 365, Shopify, Xero and their older operational systems in place, with twelve data connections in total. Where a system has no connector, we build one in the client's own repository so they own it.

We already pay for Claude but barely use it. Is that normal?

Very. When Nature Baby switched its usage data on, eight of thirteen seats had been opened in the previous week and one person accounted for two thirds of the usage. The seats were fine; nothing had been built for the work, so everyone started from a blank box. That is the gap we close.

Do you work with businesses in both New Zealand and Australia?

Yes. We are based in Auckland and deploy Claude for teams across New Zealand and Australia, plus team members elsewhere: MacroActive's Claude seats span New Zealand, the UK and Latin America on one library.

Already paying for Claude?

Switch the usage data on first. In a short call we will show you what it measures. It is the fastest way to see who is using Claude, for what, and where the first skills should go.
