Question 1

What is the AI Readiness Check?

Accepted Answer

A free check that maps the software and AI tools your company already runs as a knowledge graph, then shows you the highest-leverage AI opportunities hiding in that map. You answer five questions, your business renders as a graph of your tools, teams and silos, and you get back the opportunities we would build, each mapped to enablement, development or infrastructure. It is the first step of every Sentry AI engagement.

Question 2

How much does the AI Readiness Check cost?

Accepted Answer

The audit is free and runs in your browser, with no sales call required. The Discovery Week it leads into, where we build the opportunity you pick, is free too. No retainer and no lock-in.

Question 3

How long does the AI Readiness Check take?

Accepted Answer

About two minutes. It is five questions about your company, your ecosystem and the tools your teams use, and it runs entirely in your browser. The Discovery Week that follows takes under 20 hours of your team's time across the full week, because we do the building.

Question 4

What do I get from the readiness check?

Accepted Answer

A knowledge graph of your business showing every tool, team and data silo and how they connect, plus the highest-leverage AI opportunities read off that map, each with the outcome it drives and the stage of the AI Transformation Roadmap it belongs to. The Discovery Week that follows turns the one you pick into working software.

Question 5

Is this a consulting engagement?

Accepted Answer

No. We build, we do not advise. There are no decks and no 18-month programmes. The week ends with working software, and the roadmap is a build plan, not a strategy document.

Question 6

Do you run Discovery Weeks outside Auckland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sentry AI is based in Auckland and runs Discovery Weeks across New Zealand and Australia, on-site or fully remote. Your named team works in your timezone.
