Nursing homes run under strict regulatory requirements. Staff have to complete ongoing training across HR policies, health and safety procedures, and compliance mandates, and all of it shifts every time the government updates legislation.

For this provider, that meant a constant, low-level anxiety. Training records lived in spreadsheets and paper files, so nobody could say with confidence who was compliant on any given day.
