Sentry AIOS
Sentry AIOS is the AI Operating System built and operated by Sentry AI Solutions Limited. It is a private, role-based web application in which a team of specialised AI agents runs a business's everyday workflows: meeting notes into tickets, email triage, proposals, invoicing, engineering tasks, marketing reporting and company knowledge. Every action an agent takes is logged, and every change to a real system waits for a human to approve it.
The application runs at os.sentrysolutions.ai and is available only to organisations Sentry AI deploys it for. There is no public sign-up.
What it does
Each agent has one mandate. Quill turns meeting transcripts into notes and follow-up tickets. Maya handles operator-facing messages. Atlas drafts proposals. Ledger runs invoicing and GST. Sentinel opens engineering pull requests. Pulse and Vance report on and run marketing. Verity scores every completed run so the system improves. People sign in with Google or a password, see the work on a shared board, and decide what ships.
What it connects to, and why
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slides)
Agents triage email, draft replies for a human to send, read and create calendar events, and read or write the documents and decks that belong to the workflow they are running. Drafts are only ever sent by a person.
Google Workspace Admin
User, group and security audits for organisations that ask Sentry to administer their Workspace, such as onboarding and offboarding checklists.
Google Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile
Read-only reporting on website traffic, search performance and reviews, so the marketing agents can answer questions about how the business is doing.
Business systems
GitHub, Notion, Slack, Stripe, Meta Ads, Supabase, Vercel and similar, each connected directly by the organisation's own administrator with the narrowest permission set that does the job.
Sign in with Google uses only your name, email address and profile picture to identify you. It grants no access to your data; each further connection is a separate, explicit consent by the organisation's administrator.
How it treats your data
Humans gate every change
An agent can read, analyse and prepare. Anything that changes a system of record, from sending an email to updating a CRM, is queued as an approval that a named person accepts or rejects.
One organisation, one boundary
Every record belongs to exactly one organisation. Connections, tokens and data never cross that line, and each user sees only the connections they were given.
Your data is used only to run your workflows
Data read from a connected Google account is used to perform the task the user asked for and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train AI models.
Credentials are encrypted and revocable
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Disconnecting a provider deletes its token, and access can also be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings.
Sentry AIOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
