MacroActive is a fitness coaching SaaS platform. Their growth bottleneck was not demand. It was sales capacity and ramp time. New closers needed weeks of shadowing before they were trusted on real prospect calls, and the SDR motion required constant manual outreach to keep the calendar full.
We built MacroActive an AI Operating System with two production surfaces running on top of it: a voice AI sales training simulator for the closing team, and a live AI SDR running outbound and booking qualified appointments straight into reps' calendars.

At the foundation is a unified knowledgebase modelling MacroActive's business: ICP definition, pricing, positioning, objections, competitor intel, sales playbooks, and product details. Both the trainer and the SDR read from the same brain, so the way a new closer is trained matches exactly how the SDR represents MacroActive in the wild.
1. Voice AI Sales Training Simulator
A live voice AI that role-plays prospects on demand. Closers practice discovery, objection handling, and closes against realistic scenarios that cover MacroActive's actual ICP, common pain points, and the objections the team hears every week.
- Realistic prospect personas — gym owners, online coaches, and studio operators with their own goals, budgets, and pushback patterns

The SDR pulls accounts that match MacroActive's ICP from enriched data sources, scoring each on fit before outreach starts.
Personalised outreach
Every message is generated against the unified knowledgebase, so the pitch matches MacroActive's actual positioning and reflects the prospect's business context.
Reply handling
The SDR holds full conversations over email, qualifies the opportunity, answers objections, and proposes call times.
Booked into the closer's calendar
Qualified prospects are booked straight into the right closer's calendar with full context attached. The closer arrives prepared, not cold.
Result: 2 to 3 qualified appointments booked per day on autopilot, without an SDR seat to fund.
The problem we solved
- Long ramp time — new closers needed weeks of shadowing before they could be trusted on real calls
- Pipeline volatility — outbound output rose and fell with whoever was on the SDR seat that month
- Inconsistent positioning — every rep pitched MacroActive slightly differently, making messaging hard to control
- Cost of practice — the only way to get a rep call-ready was to put them on real prospects, which burned pipeline
- No coaching surface — managers had no scalable way to assess closer ability outside of live calls
